Salient QUESTIONS for PDP surrogates. If Hundreds of BILLIONS of Naira were spent in the Construction Sector in RIVERS STATE?

1. The Sector should naturally be Booming.

2. When a Sector of an Economy experiences a Boom, there'd naturally be tremendous rise and proliferation of Indigenous Companies Participating in that Sector.

3. With the rise or proliferation of Indigenous Companies comes as a matter of natural consequence, JOB CREATION in the given Private Sector and it's ancillaries.

This is a Development of a Middle Class.

4. From the Sectoral Boom, Proliferation of Local Companies and Middle-Class Employment, GOVERNMENT is expected to recover at least 10% of its INVESTMENT.

5. Further upon the DEVELOPMENT of the given Sector, and Indigenous Companies' participation, a visionary GOVERNMENT should have ensure the DEVELOPMENT of Indigenous Capacity and Government Standards for Quality Control.

NOTE: Now, you as a responsive citizen must start asking the Wike ADMINISTRATION a lot of QUESTIONS.
